He is survived by: his children, Diana Foulk and Todd Palmer; and his nieces and nephews, Linda Snyder, Anita Griest, Rita Knepper, Joan Rutan, Danny K. Palmer and Stephen Palmer. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
