He is survived by: his wife Ruth Cover (Cover); his daughters, Pamela Hyer (William), Vicki Holcomb (Hiram Wesley) and Pattie Grieve (Joe); and his grandchildren, Amy, Erica, Stephanie, Jennifer, Ryan, Katie and Patrick. He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
Vic also leaves behind a sister, Marilyn, who lives in California.
