He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael L. Lucik and Mary Lucik (Kochemba); and his brother Dennis Lucik. He is survived by: his wife Corleen H. Lucik of West Farmington, OH; his children, Kelly Lucik of Warren, OH and Matthew Lucik (Meg) of Severna Park, MD; his siblings, Harry Lucik (Nancy), Joan Wildman and Janet Olshevski; and his grandsons, Dominic Albaugh and Connor Lucik.
