He is survived by: his parents, Samuel Burkholder and Rosanna Burkholder (Detweiler); his siblings, Dannie Burkholder, Rebecca Burkholder, Marian Burkholder, Cindy Burkholder, Sara Jane Burkholder, Ruthann Burkholder, Amy Burkholder and Katy Burkholder; and his grandparents, Lester Burkholder, Sam Detweiler and Mary Ann Detweiler. He is also survived by many cousins, and friends.
