He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert McCollum and Marjorie McCollum. He is survived by: his wife Peggy; his son Zach (Christy); and his siblings, Beverly Grohsmeyer and Herbert (Jeep) McCollum (Kathy). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Hodapp Funeral Homes - West Chester (8815 Cincinnati Columbus Rd, West Chester Township, OH 45069). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Rose Hill Cemetery (171 Mason Montgomery Rd, Mason, OH 45040).
