He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Kellogg, (Voellinger) and Rolland Francis Kellogg, Sr.; his sister Mary Florence Stinson (Charles W. Stinson); and his siblings-in-law, Carole Gellenbeck Kellogg, John F. Madden and John M. Lane.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret Ann (Traubert); his brother Jack; his siblings-in-law, Mary Ellen Madden, Elizabeth Jane Lane and Dr. John W. Traubert (Nancy); his children, Jane (Jack Schultz), Ellen, Susan (Shawn Harley), George (Anne Vaughan Kellogg), Jim (Nancy Stafford) and Paul (Karen Simmons Kellogg); his grandchildren, Luke (Stephanie), Sarah (Brad Albertson), Ben, Lindsey, Rebecca, Caroline, Nicholas Kellogg, Gregory, Laura Warner, Allison Schultz Gonring (Nate), Erica, Emily (Dave Smith) and Justin Schultz (Victoria); and his great grandchildren, Charlotte Kosse, Penelope, Oliver, Delilah Smith, Isidora, Desmond, Jesse Schultz and Baby Gonring.
