She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Clyde and Sarah Catherine Swank (Miskimen); her husband Robert L. Hashman; her brother Clifford "Aaron" Swank; and her brother-in-law Wayne R. Renner.

She is survived by: her children, Anna L. Kelley (Stuart) of West Chester, John R. Hashman (Debbie) of Fairview Park, Thomas W. Hashman (Lisa) of Driftwood, TX and Amy L. Hashman of West Chester; her grandchildren, Jennifer M. Kelley of Columbus, Sarah K. Becken (Zachary) of Driftwood, TX and Allison M. Todd (Kenan) of Columbus Junction, IA; her sister Kristina Allen, Jr. (Kenneth) of North Bloomfield; and her sisters-in-law, Audrey R. Renner of Avon Park, FL and Mary H. Swank of Newcomerstown.
