He was predeceased by: his parents, Horace Clark and Pearl Clark (Poast); and his sister Rebecca Clark. He is survived by: his daughter Jennifer Johnson (Daniel).

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to any Vietnam Veteran Organization or any alcohol treatment groups.
