He was predeceased by: his mother Inez Helmick; and his friends, Vickie, Joe Bowsman and Bud Cushwa. He is survived by: his uncle Don; his aunt Joann Bradley; his cousins, Shirley, Bonnie (Keith), Donnie Jr. and Jeannie; his friends, Debby, Kerry Freeman, Connie Hensley, Danielle O'Brien, Mike Stark, Andy Bowsman, Melanie, Jeni Uhl, Jeff Rightmyer, Tom Stafford, Karen Highman, Doug Harris, Rick Massie, Sam, Tammy Walters and Jim Myers; and his pet Penelope.
The State of Ohio is under a mandatory mask order and has required that face mask will be worn in all public places. For your safety and the protection of others during the COVID-19 pandemic social distancing is also recommended.
