It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ronald Victor Whaley of West Carrollton, Ohio, born in Fayette, Ohio, who passed away on July 31, 2021, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lyle Whaley and Helen Whaley; and his siblings, Myrna, Wanda, Margaret, Percene, Marsha and Kenneth Whaley.
He is survived by: his siblings, Richard Whaley (Judy) and Reba Harmon (Rob); his children, Matthew Whaley (Valerie), Manda Swann, Michael Whaley and Jesse Whaley; and his grandchildren, Esther, Shaina Whaley and Christopher Reategui. He is also survived by many niece and nephews.
