He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Garrett and Barbara Garrett (Rose); his daughter Ashley Lynn Garrett; his father-in-law Theodore "Ted" Russell; his brother-in-law Terry Griffin; and his close friends, Mike Matthews and Tim Audia.
He is survived by: his wife Marilyn "Mitzi" Garrett (Russell); his son Cory Garrett; his grandchildren, Skylar, Aiyden and Kaylee; his siblings, Debby Gould (Allen), Verna Garrett, Don Garrett (Shirley) and Glenna Griffin; his mother-in-law Evelyn Russell; his siblings-in-law, Darin Russell (Lee Ann) and Leslie Simonton (Craig); and his nieces and nephews, Christina Williford, Angela Boggess, Jeremy Dailey, Desteny Quillen, Jason Griffin, Adam Griffin, Shannon Carroll, Jennifer Lemons and Matt Bush. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and many friends.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association in Ronnie's memory.
