He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Gadd and Susie Gadd (Beldon); his wife Helen Gadd; and his brothers, Paul Gadd, Attlee Bruce Gadd, David Gadd, Clyde Gadd and Elmo Gadd.

He is survived by: his son Jack Gadd (Kay); his grandsons, Kevin Gadd and Brian Gadd (Jennifer); his great grandchildren, Grace, Carson, Preston, Ryder, Lindley and Jackson; his sisters, Virginia Pennington and Phyllis Davis; and his close friend Linda Butcher.
