She was predeceased by: her parents, Clayton R. Siscoe and Henrietta Siscoe (Cramer); her husband Charles J. Ebert; and her siblings, Nyla Jo Whiting, Julie Corcoran and Eddie Siscoe.
She is survived by: her children, Edward A. Ebert, Scott A. Ebert (Susan), David J. Ebert and Sandra Bullock (Les); her brother Larry Siscoe; and her brother-in-law John Corcoran. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's association in Mrs. Janice Ebert's memory.
