He is survived by: his sisters, Carolyn Shook and Sandra Osborne; his nephews, James Osborne (Phyllis Combs) and Jason Shook; his great-nieces, Amanda Osborne, Brooklyn Lewis, Jessica Osborne and Emily Juillerat; and his cousins, Sonny, Sheila Kemper, Brenda, Dan Kenney, Debbie Kuhn and Eddie Miller. He is also survived by numerous other family members and friends.
