She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Goodwin and Ivory Goodwin (Adams); and her son Danny Collinsworth. She is survived by: her husband Ralph Wallen; her children, Cheryl Rice (Brad), Randall Collinsworth (Christine) and David Collinsworth (Barbara); her sister Geri Allen (Don); her grandchildren, Terri Lawson, Tami Schrader, Bradley Rice, Lori Singer, Jenny Cowden, Becky Rushing and Andy Collinsworth; and her close friend Lorenna Bisor. She is also survived by 12 great grandchildren, 1 great great granddaughter, 2 nieces & 2 nephews.
