She is survived by: her children, Kaylinn Black and Caiden Williams; her father Roger Wax, Jr.; her siblings, Nicole Wax, Paige Lyons (Adam), Taylor Kegley (Arron), Ava Wax, Roger Wax, III and Ashton Wollshager; her grandparents, June, Frank Kendrick, Sr., Roger, Diane Wax, Linda and Rick Hendricks; her aunts and uncles, Frankie Kendrick, Jr. (Ginger), Terri Ferrell (Ron), Billy, Jeff Wax, Tracy Wax, Matthew Wax, David Frese (Kristi), Johnny Evano (Tuuli) and Carlie Hoffer (Michael); her nieces and nephews, Lexi, Danny, Dylan, Devin, Brayden, Colson, Dale, Chloe, Cora, Octavia and Roger IV; and her cousins, Tonya Shelton, Dustin Kendrick, Sierra Taylor, Erica Keys, Brittany Knox, Amanda Flynn and Jordynn Kostyal. She is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
