He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Jenia Miley; his children, JoEllen Tapalman (Gene), Pamela Hendrickson (Dale) and Richard R. Miley (Sandy); his grandchildren, Aaron Tapalman, Jenna Tapalman, Kara Tapalman Shupert, Rachel Miley-Hazel, Misty Lawson, Michelle Dean and Niki McClure; his great grandchildren, Jack, Will, CaitlinTapalman, Lincoln, Henry Shupert, Logan Windmiller and Madyson Duff; and his sisters, Ginger Carter and Linda Miley.
