He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Sempier and Gertrue Sempier (Merkle); his wife Bobbie (Hoggard); and his sister-in-law Dorothy Sempier. He is survived by: his children, Kimberly Jackson (Jasper) of South Carolina, Deborah Williams (Ronald) of West Alexandria and Rick Sempier of West Alexandria; and his brothers, Robert Sempier and Ronnie Sempier (Margaret). He is also survived by nine grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; 8 great-great-grandchildren.
