He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Cannode; his children, Jeremy (Chrystal) of Dayton, OH, Jon (Patti) of Carlisle, OH and Renée of Oxford, OH; his grandchildren, Braiden, Layne, Kaitlynn, Emma and Owen; and his siblings, Brenda Fortner of Hendersonville, TN, Carol Reeder (Phil) of Dyer, IN, Sheila Proctor of Hendersonville, TN, Tom Proctor of West Alexandria, OH and Danny (Betty) of Eaton, OH. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
