Virginia Marie Specht Obituary
We are sad to announce that on December 16, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Virginia Marie Specht of Wellston, Ohio, born in Athens, Ohio. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Marion Hill Jr. (Frank) and Florence Catherine Baker Hill (Marvene); her children, Donald Robert and Donna Marie; her brother Eugene; and her sister-in-law Cora Hill.
She is survived by: her children, William E. Specht (Linda) of Wellston and Kathryn S. Essman (Joe) of Wellston; her grandchildren, Katrina Brooks (Robert), Richard Specht (Dustie), Carrie Holman (Jeremiah), Peter Essman, Christina Sedore (Matthew) and Bethany Essman (Brian Duffy); and her great grandchildren, Rachel Brooks, Andrew Brooks, Jacob Specht, Addison Specht, Christian Holman, Jonathon Holman and Eleanor Maria Sedore. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Due to the Covid pandemic, private services for Virginia will be held for the immediate family and burial will be in Mt. Calvary Cemetery with Father Nic Ventura officiating.
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate memorial contributions be given to the Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic School, 227 South New York Avenue, Wellston, Ohio 45692.
