We are sad to announce that on November 13, 2019, at the age of 83, Shirley A. Hamer (Wellston, Ohio), born in Jackson, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Lansing Rice and Freda Mae McNeal Rice; her grandmother Minnie Warren McNeal; her son Scott Randolph Hamer; her brothers, Jerry Rice, Sr. and Paul Raymond Rice; and the father of her children Curtis Hamer.
She is survived by: her daughter Julie Hamer of Wellston; her grandchildren, Aubrie Smallwood (Josh) of Portsmouth, Randi Jo Anderson (Tracy) of McArthur and Jim Hamer (Tiffany) of Frankfort; her great grandchildren, Cody, Dustin, Brady Anderson, Brandon, Zoe, Faith and Hope Hamer; and her siblings-in-law, Evelyn Rice of Jackson, Carroll and Dottie Hamer of Oklahoma. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
