He is survived by: his wife Sally Jo Dye Bishop; his daughters, Amanda (Brian Ross), Julia-Grace (Joey Thacker) and Melinda (Kyle Chapley); his grandchildren, Taylor Gilliland (Matt), Emillee Ross, Katie Ross, Josiah Thacker, Jr., Jacob Thacker and Kiley Chapley; his great grandchild Grayson Gilliland; his niece Nicole Poling (Bob); his nephew Eric Nichols; and his sister-in-law Margaret Hanna (Kevin). He is also survived by 1 aunt, 1 uncle, and several cousins and friends.
