She is survived by: her husband Robert Lin "Bob" Phillips; her children, Joye Lin Adkins (Larry) of Oak Hill, Bobbi Rachelle Anderson (Curt) of Greenfield, Brenton Robert Phillips of Bidwell and Amanda Gail Taborn (Jeff McCormick) of Wellston; her grandchildren, Kayla Lin Montgomery, Andrew Michael Montgomery (Miranda), Kammi Gail Anderson of Greenfield, Lacey Rachelle Adkins of Columbus, Karissa Rae Adkins of Ashland, Macie Lynn, Jacob Brenton, Kinly Grace Phillips of Hamden, Briley Mattison-Jae Lusk, Alic Shayden Taborn, Branen Owen Taborn of Wellston, Madison and Lindsey McCormick of Wellston; her great grandchildren, Sophia Lynne and Mila Grace Montgomery; and her siblings, Irene Ward (Duane) of Wellston and Robert Donahoe of McArthur.
