She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd C. Hougland and Lucy Suthers Hougland; and her siblings, Floyd C. Hougland Jr., Betty Lou Hougland, Jerry M. Hougland, Bonnie R. Hougland Cline and Winona J. Hougland Cook.
She is survived by: her nieces, Amber Moore (Randall) of Oak Hill, Tina Mosbey of Thousand Oaks, Jeannie Pugh (Gerry) of Wellston, Jennifer Hayes (Monty) of Lancaster, Jody Blaney of Akron and Jerri Hinojosa (Virgil) of Austin, Texas. She is also survived by several grand nieces and nephews and cousins.
The family requests donations in Susie "s memory be made to PCS-Wellston Career and Life Enrichment Center, 221 East 2nd Street, Wellston, Ohio 45692.
