He was predeceased by: his father Jack William Downer, Sr.; his stepfather Ross J. Warren; and his sister Tina Marie Sayers. He is survived by: his mother Mary Ann Dearwester Warren; his son Mike Downer of Wellston; his siblings, Jack William Downer, Jr. (Arlene) of Pomeroy and Mary Sue Furlong (Dennis) of Columbus; and also Jeremy Bailey of Wellston. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and friends.
