She was predeceased by: her father Carl Conger; her husband Harold Clayton Radcliffe; and her siblings, Carl Jr., Charles, John, Helen and Raycine.

She is survived by: her children, Diana Wright (Woody) of Wellston and Scott Radcliffe of Wellston; her granddaughters, Melissa Wright and Amanda Blankenship (Jay); her great grandchildren, Gaven, Alyssa, Bryer and Kingston; and her great great grandchildren, Cash and Zuri.
