He is survived by: his wife Dianna Lynn Tilley Arthur; his children, Larry Arthur, Jr. of Wellston, Angelina Dye of Wellston, Jennifer McCarty (John) of Columbus and Marcella Royster (Terry) of Kentucky; and his siblings, Sue Logan (Mel) of Columbus, Mary Richardson (Ralph) of Georgia, Dennis Arthur of Wellston and Jane Wilbur (Paul) of Wellston. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, and several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
