He was predeceased by: his mother Kathleen R. Daily Wallace. He is survived by: his father Charles "Toby" Wallace of Wellston; his children, Brayden and Braylee Wallace; his siblings, Larry Kruskamp (Lisa) of Wellston, Tim Kruskamp (Serina) of Kennebunkport, Shannon Adkins (Ed) of Parkersburg, Heather Wallace of Ashland, Karrie Anderson (Jeremy) of Wellston and Mitch Wallace of Elizabethtown, Kentucky; and the mother of his children Suzy Arthur of Oak Hill. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, friends.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the Wallace family has chosen to have a private service Wednesday, April 15, 2020, at the McWilliams Funeral Home in Wellston with Pastor Don Kincaid officiating.
