Joan Rafferty Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joan Rafferty of Wellston, Ohio, who passed away on December 2, 2020 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Perry and Katherine Dixon Keggley; her husband Dale W. Rafferty; her children, Regina Gilliland and John Rafferty; and her siblings, Betty Reed and Arnold Perry.
She is survived by: her children, Larry Rafferty of Jackson, Roger Rafferty of Wellston, Thomas Rafferty of Jackson, Karen Johnson of Elizabeth, Naomi Davis of Wellston, Patrick Rafferty of Wellston and Imogene Webb of Wellston; her brother Harold Perry of Wellston; and her sister-in-law Alice Bush (Phillip) of Chillicothe. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and 1 great-great- grandchild.
Because of the Covid pandemic, those choosing to attend the services are required to wear facial coverings inside the building, along with the practice of social distancing.
