She was predeceased by: her parents, Delbert Scarrett and Sylvia Vititoe McNeely; her son James R. Perry; her grandson Tommy Perry; and her siblings, Tommy McNeely, Paul Scarrett, Rosie Jonas, Violet Davis and Wilma McNeely.
She is survived by: her son Delbert E. Perry; her daughter-in-law Sherry of Lucasville; and her sister Mary Lou Richards of Lima. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
