We are sad to announce that on October 14, 2020, at the age of 27, Heath Phillips of Wellston, Ohio, born in Gallipolis, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his mother Roberta L. Clarkson; and his grandfathers, John Phillips and George Clarkson. He is survived by: his father Rick Phillips of Wellston; his daughter Raegan; his sister Kimberly Hopper of Jackson; and his grandmothers, Rana Phillips of Wellston and Edna Clarkson of Beaver. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
