He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Miles Harvey Thacker and Sarah Emma Thacker. He is survived by: his mother Betty Lou Thacker Clark; his children, Elizabeth Miller (Chris) of Allensville, Brittany Stewart of Allensville, Jayden Rutter (Sydney) of Lancaster and Bailey Rutter of Lancaster; his grandchildren, Colton Cantrell, Abagail Stewart and Huntley Rutter; and his siblings, Evelyn Dean, Sarah Rosser, Billy Rutter, Brad Allen Rutter and Rebecca Hall (Jackie Ray). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
