She was predeceased by: her parents, John McVey and Mary Naylor McVey; her husband Paul C. Cecil, Sr.; her son Paul Cecil, Jr.; and her siblings, William McVey, Bob McVey and Marie Principe.
She is survived by: her children, Carla Cecil of Allensville, Charlie Cecil (Jan) of McArthur, Larry Sparr of Watkinsville and Jessie Sechkar (Sam) of Athens; her daughter-in-law Diane Cecil of Allensville; and her grandchildren, Josh Cecil (Abby), Jennifer Reed (Taylor), Marie Reffitt (Richard), Ben Cecil (Shyann), David Sparr, Carly Sechkar and Katlyn Trueblood. She is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
