It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Debbie Perkins of Wellston, Ohio, born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on April 15, 2024, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Glendon M. Perkins and Hazel Williams Perkins. She is survived by: her siblings, Kenny Perkins of Wellston and Donna Perkins Roush (Jim) of Cardington. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
