He was predeceased by: his father Roy Garland Edwards; his daughter Patricia Anne Edwards; and his brother Robert Edwards. He is survived by: his wife Hope Stewart Edwards; his daughters, Diana Simmons (Mark) of Columbus, Ohio and Darlene Edwards Thompson of Columbus, Ohio; and his grandchildren, Mark Edwards (Julie), Davian Rogers (Jerrod), Trevor Thompson and Victoria Coldiron (Keegan). He is also survived by seven great grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
The family suggests memorials in David's memory be made to the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinsons Research, Grand Central Station, P.O. Box 4777, New York, NY 10163 US.
