He was predeceased by: his brother Brayden Perkins; and his grandparents, Gina Keller and Johnnie Brewer. He is survived by: his parents, John Brewer and Tawny Brewer of Wellston; his brothers, John Allen, Jason, Braxton and Kamdyn; his grandparents, Carl Keller of Wellston and Kimber Auxier (Robbie) of Wellston; and his friend Bill King of Wellston. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins and many other extended family and friends.
