She is survived by: her close friend Bill Bowman of Prattsville; her children, Joey Smith of Circleville, Virginia McCloy of Jackson and Shane Smith of Jackson; her grandchildren, Amber McCloy and Addison Johnson; and her brothers, Allen Perry of Radcliff, Mark Perry of Radcliff, Russell Perry of Radcliff and Sean Perry of Radcliff. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
