She was predeceased by: her stepfather Earl Mellberg; her brother Fred Foreman; her grandsons, Jonathan and Tyler Tolliver-Abner (Ty); and her nephews, Joseph and Andy Foreman.
She is survived by: her significant other Kelley Tolliver; her children, Teresa A Hart-Horsley (George) and John Hart (Joanne); her stepchildren, Pam Penwell (Doug), Karen Gregory and John Tolliver (Missy); her sister-in-law Wanda Parker (Ray); her grandchildren, Dirk Chaney-Zimmerman (Rebecca), Kelley Penwell (Heather), Amanda Elliott (Ricky), Britton Penwell (Christina), Levi Tolliver, John Abner, Brandon Horsley (Nichole), Andrew, Jake, Nick Osburn (Brandy), Zach Lewis (Mattie), Josh Lewis and Aaron Lewis (Brittany); her nephew Brandon Moore; her great grandchildren, Claire Chaney-Zimmerman, Koleton, Audrina, Briar, Atleigh, Brantlee, Ezra Penwell, Ashlyn, Aubree Elliott, Shealynn Tolliver, Bentley, Baylee Love, Gracie Jo Horsley, Addison, Chloe, Peyton Osburn, Mark, Ben and Caroline Lewis; and her friends, Marilyn Locke and Marilyn Hart.
