He was predeceased by: his parents, Crawford Crabtree and Alma Katherine Mullins Crabtree; his grandson Justin Crabtree; and his brother-in-law Paul Gregory. He is survived by: his wife Sondra Sowers Crabtree; his sons, Michael Crabtree of New Boston and Bryan Crabtree (Ursula) of Chillicothe; his stepson Darin Dorr of Pleasantville, Ohio; his sisters, Rozanne McCall (Roy) of Lucasville, Carolyn Crabtree (Paul) of Lucasville and Donna Gregory of Lucasville; his grandchildren, Peyton Crabtree (Pernia), Meghan Crabtree and Greg Taylor; his great grandchildren, Arik Crabtree, Rylee Nicinsky, Maverick Crabtree, Mia Crabtree and Daniella Partin; and his stepgrandchildren, Jacob Gerber, Derek Anthony, Sydney Dorr and Dylan Anthony. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
