He was predeceased by: his parents, Anton George and Nellie Olive Knapp (Silliman); his sisters, Audrey Fox (William) and Laverne Fuller (Robert); his aunt Lillian; and his uncle Alford Milar.
He is survived by: his wife Thurlie Jane Knapp (Adams); and his siblings-in-law, William Fox, Barbara Robinson (David), Bonnie Howard and Noah Perkins (Theresa). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and friends.
