He was predeceased by: his parents, Karl D. Offerman and Gertrude Offerman (Tilker); and his brother Werner Offerman. He is survived by: his wife Ingeborg M. Zimmerman; his daughters, Karla H. Logston (James) and Christine L. Dekeyser (Donald); and his granddaughters, Carli Lanza (Tony) and Haley Tessier (Mike).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials take the form of contributions to: Bethlehem Lutheran Church or to a humane society of the donor's choice.
