He was predeceased by: his parents, William Graydon and Opal Starcher Kearns; and his siblings, David, Daniel Kearns, Jessie Ellen Bennett and Saundra Robinson.
He is survived by: his wife Lea Lilly Kearns; his children, Chris Kearns (Kim) of Waterford, Brad Kearns (Bree) of Waterford and Lisa Pennell (Matt) of Hackney; his grandchildren, Nacaida, Xaiden Kearns and Ryan Pennell; and his sisters, Bonita Van Dyke and Kay Whiting.
