He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Arnold and Mary Luella Green Arnold; his son Bart Arnold; and his siblings, Ermine, Orvin, Leland Arnold, Katharine Schwendeman and Imogene Buchicchio.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Lyon Arnold; his children, Brian Arnold (Andrea) of Summerville, Brett Arnold (Carla) of Waterford and Mona Arnold (David) of Belpre; his grandchildren, Samantha Arnold, Frank Arnold, Constance Schultz, Bart Arnold and Audra Spaulding; his great grandchildren, Brooklyn, Elijah and Ophelia; his sisters, Rita Schwendeman, Maxine Stewart and Gladys Saling; his sister-in-law Mary Anna Arnold; and his close friend Tracy. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic there will be no services.
