He is survived by: his siblings, Janine Miller (Jim Hartline) of Marietta, Kevin Miller of Parkersburg, WV, Marshall Miller of Waterford, Jeff Miller of St. Albans, WV and Mitchell Miller of Waterford; his sisters-in-law, Carolyn Schilling Miller of Waterford and Teresa Turner Miller of Waterford; and his nieces and nephews, Steve Miller (Megan), Darlene Snyder (Justin), Brian Miller (Kelly), Amy Miller and Daniel Miller (Tyra).
