She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilfred Deaver and Grace Burchett Deaver; her sons, Scott Flowers and Glen Mincks; and her siblings, Jackie Smith and Jim Deaver.
She is survived by: her husband Dale Mincks; her children, Dee Vandine (Rick) of McConnelsville, Darin Flowers (Geny) of Millen, GA, Leslie O'Neil of Hayesville, NC and Lisa Mincks of Waterford; and her sisters, Julia Vaughn, Ruth Ann Waters and Kathy Gossett. She is also survived by 14 grandkids.
