She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Luczak and Irene Luczak; and her sister-in-law Lorraine Banach. She is survived by: her husband Walter J. Banach; her sibling Thomas Luczak; and her sisters-in-law, Dolores Stanton and Anita Homoki.
