She was predeceased by: her parents, G. Earl and Esther Neff (Lang); and her son-in-law Richard. She is survived by: her children, Victor R. Turner II (Linda) of Powell and Nannette; her grandchildren, Mel, Marianne Wright of Dover and Carol Leasure (Robert) of West Yellowstone, Montana; and her half-sister Peace Pytel of Walnut Creek. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren; 2 step grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; 3 step great grandchild.
