Wagoner; his grandchildren, Steve Small, Penny Baker, Gwen Pitzen, Tressa Wagoner, Holly Hood, Billy Jo Billings and William Wagoner; and his stepchildren, Rachel Alkelabi and Jeremiah Dray (Kenzie). He is also survived by many great-grandchildren.
