He is survived by: his parents, Albert "Moose" of Green Springs, OH and Betty Silva of Green Springs, OH; his siblings, Melanie Frey (Derek) of Clyde, OH and Jeremy Gyurica (Julie) of Fremont, OH; his nieces and nephews, Alaura Frey, Maylee Frey, Madison Hanover and Landon Hanover; and his former wife Catherine Kopfman of Rossford, OH.. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
