It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth Margaret Way Elder of Vincent, Ohio, born in Belpre, Ohio, who passed away on December 11, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Shurley and Elnora Margaret Sloter Way; her husband Benjamin N. Elder Sr.; and her sister Delores Johnson (Allen). She is survived by: her sons, Benjamin N. Elder Jr. (Loraine Gwynn) of Vincent and David Elder (Sandy) of Vincent; and her siblings, Larry D. Way of Vincent and Joyce Ellen Rdabaugh (Reggie) of Vincent. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, and 1 great, great grandchild.
